German Chamomile Seed

Matricaria chamomilla

This annual plant can grow up to 3 ft. tall.  Known for its apple like fragrance, German Chamomile will grow well in zones 4-9. It likes abundant sunlight and grows well with many plants. Use in borders or interplanted, these little balls of sunshine will push through and fill in open spaces. Perfect for fresh tea, simply pick some buds and steep! Or dry them to use later in your tea or oil infusions.

Commonly used to aid rest and reduce anxiousness, when ingested it may also support against irritable stomach or indigestion. Chamomile can be used topically, in tea, or tincture form
